What has changed
The method is worked on in the open. Every entry below is a file in the public repo, and the repo is the source of truth for all of it. RSS

A gate below an exit is a comment
The check standing between my private network and a public picture of it had never run. Not once. It was written correctly and placed four lines too low.
-
I said state machine and lost people
Four lines added to Pillar 14, because I had been describing the simplest file in the method with the most technical phrase I own.
-
One word different
The project got a new name, one word different. Renaming is mostly not the name. It is every place the old one is written down.
-
A picture with none of the words
I wanted to show the shape of my memory network without showing what is in it. Then I found the gate that was supposed to stop leaks had been passing everything for weeks.
-
The network knew why, but not what
Pillar 14. A memory network records decisions well and current state badly, and the gap is where agents guess.
-
A thirteenth pillar
Borrowed memory. Reading what other teams wrote down, without letting it start giving your agent orders.
-
The repo is public
The repo was private while I wrote it. As of this week it isn't.

Why this repo exists
Every AI session starts from nothing. This is the way of working that stopped me from losing the same context over and over.
